In an intimate ambient, suggestive and cozy, at the "Osteria di Si", Silvano and Rita, suggest you the gastronomic delight, tipical of the Ligurian cuisine. The season's vegetables are every day source of inspiration for Silvano, the cook. Here some dishes which, you can often order, at the "Osteria di si", Ravioli in meat sauce, with pinenuts, or nuts cream, tagliatelle at tuna "bottarga" [The tuna dried eggs], tagliatelle al "pesto" [Typical Ligurian Basilicum sauce] with potatoes and beans, damp boar with maize, rabbit in Ligurian way, goat and beans, damp stockfish, tripe, filled pichard, season tiramisù, with chestnut, or peaches, or straberry, chocolate cake with pears.
The place is located, in the wonderful historical center of Villanova d'Albenga. "Osteria di Si" in mentioned in the prestigious guide "Italian Accademy of cousine" from which they receive the award as best 2009 plate.
