Description:
The restaurant Il Torchio, rustic and elegant at the same time, is located in
"Piazza IV Novembre" (called "Piazza del Beo" from the inhabitants of Zuccarello because lower down is situated the ancient "Beo" made of stones, which was the place were women went to wash their clothes).
Originary a cellar, today the restaurant maintains an ancient hand press, Torchio in italian, wich is the symbol of the restaurant. At Torchio, flavour is synonymous of semplicity, freshness, and why not originality.
Plates proposed are typical from the Ligurian cousine, selectioned variety of meats, prepared on the cinder, and game meat durig the winter season, which you can taste near the fireplace. There's also a selected wine list.
