At the Pernambucco, Luciana and Ivano Alessandri, and the daugther in law Nicoletta Pellegrinetti, are able to make you appreciate the most tasty and genuine plates of the Ligurian cuisine; all sort of seagoing specialities, are the plates that make the restaurant unique. A wide choice of international wines, over 450 label, and the renowned pigato from the agrarian factory of the famly "Costa de Vigne", magnify further the prestige of Pernambucco.

The Pernambucco will donate "the plate" hand painted, with the vivid and joyful colors of the Vietri ceramics to those who will order a tipical Ligurian medieval receipt "Filled lettuce in bouillon".
